Trailers based on 2 adults and 2 children. Towels, bedding and linens are included. All trailers include dishes, pots, pans, utensils, stove, oven, fridge, microwave, full bathroom, TV, AC, deck. One private bedroom with queen sized bed, 2 double sized pull out sofa beds in common area. Extra adults $9.00 per night and extra children (ages 3-17) $5.00 per night. 13% sales tax extra on all rentals. 50% deposit required on booking. No pets or smoking allowed. Two (2) night minimum stay. Three (3) night minimum stay on summer holiday weekends. * Sunday of long weekends will be the same price as Friday / Saturday.
